TODD RULAPAUGH is BRODY CUFFS

Brody Cuffs, also know by his friends as "Brody," was brought up on the mean streets of Detroit by his grandmother's nephew's cousin's band mate (possibly Kid Rock).  He accidentally left Detroit at the tender age of eight, while trying to steal beer from a Budweiser truck for the band.  With a heavy hangover, he landed in Los Angeles, where he was taken in by a Russian brothel.  After years of watching could be mothers and Johns pass by, Brody still found solace in his home of whores.  That was until one tragic evening in which the brothel mysteriously burned to the ground.  Brody swore on his dead whores' moms' graves that he would one day find the person responsible for their deaths.

BRIAN GROH is HELLEN WHEELS

Hellen’s background is a mystery even to himself.  Adopted from a Trappist Convent by a Vietnamese couple, Hellen was so named when the Nuns pointed him out as “hell on wheels.”  Brooding and impulsive, Hellen prefers to act on gut instincts instead of using proven police methods-: “I act first and react later.”  Hellen also possesses impressive foreign language and martial arts skills believed to have been programmed into him by the government during a five year blackout period.  Regardless, these abilities landed him a spot on the most coveted and respected police force in the United States... The LAPD.

SYNOPSIS:

In this action-comedy pilot (Starsky and Hutch meets Reno 911), Brody Cuffs and Hellen Wheels are the sole members of the elite task force known as the "Police Investigation Squad."  Taking on bad guys old school style; driving around in a hot rod, reacting on gut instinct, and using karate, these two big-haired, lady killers make the perfect duo for undercover work since they're rarely mistaken for being cops... even after showing their badges.

In this pilot episode, Hellen and Brody are assigned to hunt down a gnome felon.
